Our delivery policy describes the ways in which we would deliver OSHRM Conference entry pass and the payment receipt.
Once the delegate successfully complete the registration process including the payment, the registration confirmation email with OSHRM Conference entry pass will be sent to your registered email address of the delegate. OSHRM will not send any hard copies of the entry pass or the payment receipt via post or courier. In case if you have not received the entry pass or the payment receipt within 24 hours of the registration, you are requested to contact the help desk at email@example.com and our team will make necessary arrangements to resent the required documents.
If the delegate would like to receive a hard copy of the payment receipt, they will have to send an official email to the registration team at firstname.lastname@example.org and the team will make the receipt available at OSHRM office. OSHRM cannot be hold responsibility for not delivering the hard copy of the receipt to delegate’s address, wherein the delegate needs to make necessary arrangements to collect the document for OSHRM office.
If the delegate would like to get another copy of entry pass or payment receipt, an official email stating the reason for re-issue of the document to be sent to email@example.com. The registration desk will evaluate the request and will revert with their decision.
