Oman Society for Human Resources Management (OSHRM) is an exclusive; National Society specialized in Human Resources Management, which was formally established on 21st May 2014 under a Ministerial Decree with the guidance of the Shoura Council and the Ministry of Social Development.
OSHRM serves as the national platform for HR expertise, and the main forum for HR Professionals of all levels; aiming to develop local HR capabilities, and build a knowledge base for latest HR international practices and policies as well as advanced skills and techniques.
The ultimate goal of OSHRM is to aspire and excel in HRM to be recognized as the Leading Society for HR profession fostering the growth of Omani capital.

“Leadership Development Guidelines” was published as a reference guide to set the minimum standards to support subject matter experts (SME’s), new managers and start-up companies to develop their leadership competencies.
